Fire Rated Door Series
Panel Types
Your Fire Rated door can have the same style and beauty as the other doors in your home. It is available in raised panel, flat panel, V-Groove panel. Bolection molding is also available on flat and raised panel designs.
Glass Options
Glass options are available for Koch Fire Rated Doors. Rated Ceramic glazing can be installed in place of a panel in many of the door designs. Contact the sales department for a quote
Wood Frames
Wood frames come in single rabbet or flat jamb with applied stop. The 20 minute door will have a solid wood frame and the 45, 60, and 90 minute frame will have a specially designed fire core.

Fire Doors come in all the same styles as our Imperial doors to offer you consistent beauty and style throughout your home.
Line Art
Overview:

Arch Top:
Arch top doors have a 2 1/2″ drop from the highest point of the arch to the lowest.
Cathedral Top:
Cathedral top doors have a 3 1/2″ drop from the highest point of the arch to the lowest. With certain profiles, on doors less than 27″ wide, the drop will be 2 1/2″. Cathedral tops are made from templates. At this time we do not have spec sheets for them.

The Fire Rated Door series offer a selection of up to 31 different wood species, guaranteeing that your style and taste will be reflected in your home. For the most pleasing and consistent grain and color our doors are constructed from top quality products.
Profiles
Overview
The decorative profile on the edge of the stiles and rails is called sticking and combined with your panel choice will create any style you desire. Profile options are available in both veneered and in MDF.
Moldings
Give depth to your doors with decorative molding that adds distinction, style and beauty to panel doors. We have three styles of this decorative trim that is applied where the panel meets the stiles and rails.
